All deliveries are subject to stock availability, and as some stock is held at our manufacturers warehouse may take a little longer. In the event that a stock error occurs and we are unable to dispatch immediately we will email you to advise you of estimated dispatch date. We may dispatch some of your items separately.
UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and will aim to be be dispatched within 3-5 working days from receipt of your order. Royal Mail 2nd class service has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days from dispatch and Royal Mail 1st class service has an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days from dispatch. We cannot guarantee specific deadlines as all delivery dates are estimates and can sometimes take a little longer. Royal Mail advise that this time frame isn't guaranteed and their service may take up to10 working days.
All signed for parcels require a signature on receipt so you may want to give us an alternative delivery address e.g. work or neighbour. Please allow longer at busier times of year to avoid disappointment. In the unlikely event of a delivery delay we need to allow to up to 10 working days before we can classify a parcel as missing.
We do not guarantee delivery time and Strictly Ballroom Shoes will not be responsible for late deliveries. We cannot add additional delivery instructions to your parcel. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the postman should leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local sorting office.
Please note we are usually closed between Christmas and New Year and no parcels will be dispatched during this period.

Europe and Rest Of The World:
Due to circumstances beyond our control we are temporarily unable to offer delivery to the European Unon and the Rest Of The World. We hope to be able to resume overseas delivery as soon as possible.
Whilst every effort will be made to dispatch your order complete we cannot ensure that all items will be available. Any goods unavailable at the time of order will automatically placed on back order. We will send you an email to advise you of the expected delivery date.
You have the option to cancel your order providing the goods have not already been dispatched. Please email us quoting your order number. If your parcel has already been sent please follow the instruction for Returns And Exchanges.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a full money back guarantee providing goods are returned unused and unmarked in their original packaging, complete with sole saver plastic covers where supplied. Please check that the surface is clean when trying on shoes, as any footwear returned with marks or scuffs on the soles will not be accepted back into stock.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on tights. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment for an exchange or refund to:
Exchanges (same item but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by Strictly Ballroom Shoes for UK mainland only. Each item will only be exchanged free of charge once. Postage will be charged for a different style ordered in exchange or for additional items.
Please ensure you enclose a copy of the order number with your return. A proof of postage receipt should be obtained for all returned items. We strongly advise that returned goods are sent by recorded delivery. Strictly Ballroom Shoes cannot accept responsibility for any lost, damaged or undelivered parcels. Postal charges are non refundable.
We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days. Post Christmas orders can be returned up to the end of January.
